All coordination packages include 1 lead coordinator for up to 65 guests. For weddings with 66 or more guests, an assistant coordinator is required to ensure seamless execution.
Assistant Coordinator Fee: $200
Up to 50 miles of travel is included in each package. Additional mileage will be charged at $0.65 per mile. Events requiring overnight accommodations or other travel-related expenses may incur additional fees, which will be communicated prior to booking
